Any one have great gluten free recipes you want to share, or any personal health success stories resulting from a gluten free lifestyle change?

I personally had such itching from my lymphatic cancer (which went undiagnosed for three years) I thought I would try anything to get it to stop! I decided to take the largest allergin out of my diet, wheat, to see what would happen. The symptoms lessened and over three years I've lost 35-40 pounds representing the rest of all of my baby weight with Toby that didnt want to budge off my body no matter how hard I worked out or ate reasonably.

I no longer have swelling in my lower bowel, moodiness in the morning, tightness in my hands nor swelling in my face that I equate to my intolerance with wheat, my consistant exercise routine, my green juicing incollaboration with a healthy fresh way of eating.

I am happy to say I am finally level with my weight which kept on creeping up over the years.

I am gluten free today and will always be if I continue to feel this good.

I havent mastered the baking side of gluten free so any help in this area would be GREAT!

I know many of you have asked me personally for my gluten free list. I am not a spokesperson for these brands but actually use them in my home. Along with a gluten free diet, i juice green almost everyday with celery and parsley and if I am lucky, mustard greens, broccoli and other greens. I really feel this is the way to go for my being able to have a flow in my body and maintain my weight at a level that is normal and good for me. Au Natural is the way to go...bye bye conventional diets, you're for the dogs!
