Hey everyone...do any of you know much about Reiki? I have a friend who swears by it, and now she has her certification and is starting to teach classes.
I haven't seen her for a few months, just keeping in touch by e-mail right now. I want to find out more from her, but would like to hear other opinions as well. I know a little about it (little enough to be dangerous, if you know what I mean!), and I'm wondering if it will help with the chronic pain.
