Hi Karlyn...so nice to have you be a part of emmestyle!
What type of teaching are you involved in and would you mind sharing with us how to start a business of your own? I know many of us are thinking about doing this but don't know the first steps to being a successful entrepreneur.
Hello Emme and everyone,
I teach computer lab to elementary grade students - 1st through 6th. I also teach a computer design workshop to the older students.. grades 7+. I love it! Computer design and computers is a great hobby of mine. Designing online brings be joy, as well as a sense of accomplishment and peace. I think that taking the next step and turning it into a business online was just a natural progression for me. I got lots of great feedback from clients who come back for more designs again and again, so I knew I had something I could market. To me, enjoying what you do is the #1 most important thing when starting a new business online, or offline for that matter. Want to do what you love? Start with research.. Is there a need for your product/service. Start collecting testimonials and put together a portfolio, thiswill help when making your first steps toward Entrepreneurship. - Thanks, Karlyn
