With the soon-to-be released Emmestyle.com, I can't help but think just how much social networking sites have become a part of my life. Personally I have found and refound numerous friends on sites that truly function as a conduit between otherwise unreachable people.
Emme's new site is bound to break the barriers of traditional social-networking sites: targeting a niche audience; allowing an even more communal aspect to the site. With people able to share their lives with other similarly-minded people, this site will surely be a place to meet new and exciting people, to find and learn things of interest, and most of all, to have fun.
Good luck with the new site!

Hi there,
I did my Master's thesis on social networking about two years ago, and my how things have changed!
What's curious to me with this site is the interactivity between members - communication through blogging alone is an intriguing angle.
Anyhow, thanks for adding me, you sound really interesting ... I hope this site continues to grow
=)

Really? a Master's thesis in social networking? That's really cool! What was the major that allowed you to pursue that thesis?
I'm curious to know your thoughts on the interactivity on this site ... how it could be made better? What are it's faults? It's successes?
Nice to meet you and look forward to hearing your thoughts on social networking as it is one of my current interest areas as well!!
