Sometimes just taking the first step is monumental but once done, the rest kind of repeats after a while to where you enjoy the momentum of moving and not staying stagnant.
Life is too short to be afraid and not start something that makes your heart beat wildly.
Isn't that the truth! I remember times where I worked myself up before an event until I was almost sick. Once it was over I realized I made more of a fuss than was necessary. Imagine the time and energy I would have saved going in with a clear mind.
I think we tend to over think the things that scare us in an attempt to be prepared for everything (which is totally impossible). It's amazing the weight our thoughts have on our emotions. The whole take a breath and jump mentally really has it's advantages. It takes practise but it does get easier.
