My life
I am trying to prepare myself to spend a year apart from my loving husband. He is a soldier, going to an undiscolsed location in the Middle East to fight for our freedom. I know it will not be easy, being apart for so long, but I am SO proud of him!

Ok...due to operational security, I don't feel comfortable posting an address on a site...we were told to be very careful about what information we share in public. Thanks so much Emme! Right now he's still in the States until April for training.
Once I have a firm address for him overseas, I will let everyone know.

armywifeWhile many Americans disagree with our troops being in the middle East (more so Iraq than Afghanistan), they are there, and need the support, encouragement, and prayers of all U.S. citizens.I am a Vietnam Veteran, and when we returned to the United States, the welcome was somewhat less than warm. That type of shunning by much of the American public must never occur again! God's speed to your husband when he leaves the states in April...
