With four little ones between the ages of 3 and 8, I found my life's work when my youngest was diagnosed with food allergies two years ago. Since then, I am honored to have been called "food's Erin Brockovich" by the New York Times and the CBS Early Show - having founded an organization, www.allergykids.com, to protect the 1 in 3 American children that now has autism, ADHD, allergies and asthma.
