Paula Tursi of Reflections Yoga and Deborah Koenigsberger of Hearts of Gold invite you to start off the New Year with some refreshing Karma Yoga! On Saturday, March 7, join us for a two hour hip-opening yoga class and meditation, followed by a healthy and delightful brunch. This event was born out of Paula's admiration for the Hearts of Gold Organization and all of the proceeds will be donated directly to their efforts to aid the homeless mothers and children of New York City.
